Savannah native Mike McMahon opened the Flying Fish in 2007 after years in the seafood business, aiming for local traditional flavors in a relaxed room. Lili's is a contemporary American room on Johnny Mercer Boulevard, which the site places between the Truist and Bank of America branches. Wednesday is 'Love Our Locals' night with a three-course prix fixe for $30, Thursday is steak night, and Sunday is brunch with bottomless mimosas. Closed Mondays.
An islands bar and grill that describes itself as 'a local favorite tucked away from the hustle and bustle on Wilmington Island.' It runs lunch specials Monday to Friday and is part of Live Oak Restaurant Group, which also owns Dub's Pub on River Street.
