A veterans' post bar that anyone can drink in. Eat It and Like It (14 December 2024) called it 'the most overlooked dive in Savannah' and 'popular with locals, especially industry employees after a long shift'. Its official name is 'Post 135 Lounge, though no one calls it that'. It is cash only with an ATM inside, has a pool table and a small porch, and shares the building with the burger room Betty Bombers.

Local 11ten cooks Southern food in a restored 1950s-era bank a block south of Forsyth Park, using Georgia coast seafood and vegetables and herbs from Savannah-area farmers. Upstairs is Perch, its rooftop bar, open when the weather allows. Visit Savannah lists a private dining room for up to 40.
Perch is the rooftop bar above Local 11 Ten, which the restaurant says occupies 'the restored 1950's-era downtown bank'. It is open only when the weather allows. It sits on the same block as the American Legion bar, Betty Bombers and Brighter Day.
The Black Rabbit is a sandwich shop with a full bar on Barnard Street, across from the Streamliner diner car. The short menu is six sandwiches ... Smoked Turkey, Cubano, Three Piggies, Van Gogh, Club and an Eggplant Stacker ... plus a salad. It stays open until 1am most nights.
